How do you manage your acne? At some point in life almost everyone has had acne in some form or another. Managing acne can be easier than most people think. Acne is primarily a disorder of the sebaceous gland of the face, neck and the back. When this gland becomes blocked, it creates what is commonly known as pimples. Managing this process can help save your self-confidence.

There are several forms of acne, but the most common is acne vugaris, found mostly in teens. The exact cause of acne is unknown. However the main factors that contribute to this condition are heredity, oily skin, stress, androgens and diet. There are also some additional factors, which include allergies, certain drugs, nutritional deficiencies, liver issues and cosmetics.

Distilled vinegar has been used with success in the past. You should apply this only to the areas affected and allow to soak for 5-10 minutes before rinsing with cold water.

Lemon is a great exfoliate; it can be used to remove the dead skin. This should be applied in the same format as the vinegar. This should also be cleaned with cold water. You may feel a slight burn when the juice is first applied, if so dilute the juice to a reasonable manner.

Acne can also be managed with a properly balanced diet. Taking a multi vitamin and mineral supplement can also be useful in properly balancing your intact of nutrition.
